Credit Card Policy
Credit card orders will not be processed unless all the information required is complete.
We will not process credit card orders that originate from free e-mail addresses or from e-mail forwarding addresses such as Yahoo, Google or Hotmail. All customers must provide a valid Internet Service Provider (ISP) (i.e, Att, Aol, Comcast) or domain-based e-mail address that can be traced back.
Shipping and billing must be the same in order for us to ship an order made with a credit card.
Shipping Info
For U.S. orders, you must have both a shipping address and credit card billing address within the United States in order to make a purchase. The issuing bank must also be based in the United States.
The cost of shipping your order is based upon your total order amount. Use the table below as a quick reference for calculating your shipping costs. All orders from Ladiesfashionsense.com are shipped via USPS Priority Mail which usually takes between 3-5 days for Domestic and 6-10 days for International deliveries.
Processing time, for orders, is normally1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. (exceptions: order payment verification time, customs may hold packages for periods of time before releasing.)
Refused Packages:
Please pay more attention on your package delivery. Refused, Returned or Unclaimed Packages: Ladiesfashionsense.com is not responsible for packages that are refused, unclaimed or returned to us because of lack of signature. Please be aware of the shipping terms and requirements when you choose a method of shipping.
Unclaimed Packages
Unclaimed and refused packages which are returned to us, Unclaimed Shipments: If a package we sent is unclaimed and returned to us, the customer will need to pay the shipping charges once again to get the package re-sent; additional shipping charges are required, no exceptions.
Wrong Address, Stolen Packages
Wrong Address: If USPS or UPS fail to deliver a package because the address provided by the customer is wrong or incomplete, the customer will need to pay the shipping charges once again to get the package re-sent.
Stolen Packages: Packages are sometimes left by the carrier on a doorstep if no one is home. It is the responsibility of the customer to make arrangements to secure the package. If the package is stolen, Ladiesfashionsense.com. will not be held responsible, and will not replace the package.
Broken Items & Lost Packages
We do our best to package all products carefully and anything we send is in perfect condition. While we appreciate every order, we can't take responsibility for a product's safe arrival, especially if this is to a foreign country and we have no control over the package at all. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to some countries if we find their postal service is unsuitable (because of rough treatment of packages).
If a package is returned to us, for any reason, the cost of re-shipping the package will be the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Delays
USPS Mail do their best to insure you receive your package on time, however occasional delays do occur due to weather conditions, mechanical problems and driver error. We are NOT responsible for delayed delivery and we do not issue refunds for delayed delivery. If delivery time is important to you, please order early or contact us before you order to calculate delivery time involved. We do our best to insure you have what you want, when you want it, as does the USPS, however there are unforeseen circumstances that may delay delivery. To avoid late arrival of your package, please order early enough to allow for the making, shipping and travel time of your purchase. It is the responsibility of the customer to place an order at a time that will allow it to be made and received by the Date Needed. It is the responsibility of the customer to choose an appropriate shipping method that will allow the order to be made and received by the Date Needed.
Delivery Special Time Of Day
We cannot predict or guarantee the time of day the USPS Mail deliver your package. That is completely out of our hands, and is determined exclusively by the work load and delivery schedule of the individual USPS worker. We cannot schedule a particular time to deliver your package, and we do not issue refunds if your package is not delivered at the time you want it. Please order early to avoid disappointment.
USPS and UPS Delivery Confirmation
We use both USPS Priority Mail to ship our products. All shipments have delivery confirmation which serves as proof of delivery. When the USPS or UPS informs us that they have successfully delivered our customer's package, that is the end of our responsibility as it relates to shipping. We are not responsible for lost, misplaced or missing packages, or errors made by Postal or Parcel service employees.
Standard Shipping
Standard Delivery is usually within 5 to 10 business days. Orders are processed on the first available business day after your order is placed. In most cases your order will arrive within a couple of days. All orders from Ladiesfashionsense.com are shipped via UPS or USPS. We offer standard and premium delivery.

We ship all packages via USPS Priority First Class International Mail and shipping prices DO NOT include a door to door tracking .Once the package leaves United States customs, USPS is unable to track it until it reaches destination.

We are proud to offer shipping to APO/FPO addresses so you can send Ladiesfashionsense items to friends and family serving in the military. All shipments to APO/FPO addresses are sent via U.S. Priority or First Class Mail. We estimate 5 to 7 business days for delivery once the order has been shipped; however, some destinations may take up to 21 days.
Placing Order With APO/FPO Addresses
If you're placing an order for shipment to an APO/FPO address, enter "APO" or "FPO" in the "City" field followed by "AE" for recipients stationed in Europe, Canada, Africa, or the Middle East; "AA" for recipients stationed in the Americas; and "AP" for recipients stationed in Asia or the Pacific. Then choose the appropriate military state designation in the dropdown menu for "State." Then, enter the appropriate ZIP code and follow the steps to finalize your order.
